Nice hotel, but the staff really needs to decide if they want to be in hospitality. The majority of the staff never says hello or goodbye. They won’t even acknowledge you. They have very limited relationships with local restaurants, so they can’t help you get a table. Overall, the service is very unfriendly, and the front desk makes you feel like you’re bothering them. If you'd like to charge and advertise like a 5 Star, please provide 5 Star service. The worst part is that they charge €10 per day just to use an iron (€40 for our four-night stay). In Canadian dollars, that’s well over $70 for something as simple as an iron. We’ve stayed at dozens of five-star hotels across Europe over the last seven summers, and while we understand there are safety regulations, most hotels simply have housekeeping or turndown service collect the iron in the evening after you’ve gone out for dinner. They also wanted to charge €50 just to bring food to our room, in a two-story hotel. The “sea view” is mostly blocked by the building in front. The beach advertising is misleading. You cannot walk to the beach—you have to take a shuttle. This hotel has more rules than a prison. I would not consider it a five-star property; it’s a four-star hotel at best. The one bright spot was a gentleman at the front desk who was genuinely kind and gave us an excellent local recommendation.

We had a warm welcome and the hotel looked fantastic. During our stay the staff were most helpful with directions, reservations and advice on ferry booking etc. Our room was nice, really clean and well maintained. However, we felt unable to use the pool and the sunbeds because after sitting by the pool on the first day we were unable to sit and enjoy as other residents with large groups of children were so noisy and screaming. I appreciate children make noise when they play but we came for peace and quiet and this was not the place for that. The hotel had a lovely restaurant, good breakfast and great service.

We stayed 3 weeks here. Florentina our housekeeper was amazing. She was attentive and flexible. Wonderful person.

Etablissement traditionnel avec un accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Deux points forts : - le personnel adorable - le petit déjeuner frais et gargantuesque (pour tous les goûts) Deux points à améliorer : - la capacité d’accueil du parking (arrivé à 22:00, j’ai du faire un tour de la ville pour trouver une place) - propreté du linge : j’ai dormi sans couverture, celle-ci étant tâchée par endroits. En revanche, les draps et les oreillers étaient parfaitement propres.
